I am writing to express my grateful thanks and appreciation for the prompt and efficient manner in which your staff restored my car after I had inadvertently contaminated the diesel fuel with petrol.

I am impressed by the reception, reassurance and helpfulness in which I was received by Carl Baxter and other members of your staff, and the care taken with my vehicle.

The added and unexpected bonus was the valeting which the car had received before handover.
