I feel I have to write to you on this occasion to express how professional the young gentleman was today the 22nd June 2007 while in the process of purchasing my new car.

I was very impressed with the excellent presentation and the salesman's knowledge of the vehicle I was purchasing.  The salesman had obviously done his home work as he was able to deliver all the up to date information and background knowledge necessary to put forward your company's policy's and procedures to maximise the safety and comfort of myself and any passengers I may have.

I was impressed by the very relaxed and friendly manner but maintained at all times a professional approach to the procedure in hand.

I would and have unreservedly recommended your company to anyone I know in the process of considering changing their vehicle. it is very pleasing when such excellent service is provided which is the exception rather than the rule these days.

This is my second Skoda car as you know in the last 9 years and have always been happy, I am very pleased a) I decided to buy another Skoda and b) with your garage in Lincoln.

At no time did I feel rushed or pressured to complete the deal and move off the premises.  I have to say you also make a very nice cup of tea.
