Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your attention the excellent service that we received when we were looking at purchasing a new car from you.

We visited your showroom on numerous occasions and were always treated most courteously; your sales staff never hassled us in any way and always answered any questions. We were allowed to inspect your range of vehicles at our leisure. It was so nice to go into a motor vehicle dealership where one was allowed to look without being pestered and pressurised by overzealous salesman.

When we had made our decision we dealt with Nigel Cooper who we had spoken to on many occasions.  He has dealt with any queries promptly and efficiently and I have nothing but praise for him.  We had a vehicle to test drive overnight and as a result ordered our Octavia for delivery in March.

The vehicle was excellently prepared and ready for collection at the agreed time; the handover was not rushed and covered the vehicle comprehensively and included everything that one needed to drive the vehicle properly.

Please pass on my thanks to everyone involved in the preparation of our vehicle and please keep up the good work.  I will recommend you to any of my friends.  We will be back for services etc but that could be two years.
