Dear Mr Horton,

I picked up my new Fabia on Thursday 1st March and felt I would like to write and record my thanks to the member of staff who dealt with me.

He was exceedingly helpful, courteous and was able to deal with the queries I had, in the most efficient manner.  In business, this goes a long way to customer relations and I must commend you on having such a person as a member of your staff.

It is always easy to criticise the service you receive and complain about it, but felt on this occasion I needed to express my thanks.
