Re; Skoda Octavia

The above vehicle was serviced by Horton's on the 18th December. I have completed an online survey with regards my rating of the service and it did not offer an opportunity to fully express my thanks for the quality of service obtained.

Your service receptionist listened patiently to my concerns and subsequently, I find that, despite Kwikfit having "checked" all 4 tyres after recently replacing the front two, and correcting the tracking, I was driving an illegal vehicle.

Horton's quickly pointed out the problem (showing me the offending tyre in the workshop) and we agreed a solution, a new tyre was fitted.

I will be back with Horton's on Thursday 20th December for a replacement spare to be fitted.  In future, I will NOT deal with Kwikfit for tyre care but only with Horton's.

I cannot over emphasise how grateful I am to have a legal, and now enjoyable, vehicle to drive.

Please pass my thanks on to the team.  Feel free to pass this letter on to Skoda.  I drive a leased vehicle,  BUT, I would have NO qualms about making Horton's my first port of call, when my wife's Corsa needs replacing.
