Dear Oliver,

Having taken delivery of our new Fabia Estate just over a month ago I am writing to let you know how impressed we were with the "Horton Buying Experience".  We were treated in a friendly yet courteous manner from walking into your showroom for the first time by all your staff.  Our salesman Bryan was particularly helpful and was able to answer all my questions.

The one small problem we had with the new car was dealt with immediately.

It is not difficult to see why you won the "Best Dealership Award in 2006".  No doubt this will be one of many awards to come your way in the future.

We are now looking forward to receiving our "Horton Reward Card" so we can start saving for our next Skoda.
