Although I have already completed and sent off the Customer Satisfaction questionaire which came with the vehicle, I feel a more personal note of appreciation is called for.

Yours is the third Skoda dealership with which I have had any dealings and I am very pleased to inform you that, in my view, it is the best among equals.  The only other retail organisation with which Skoda can be compared is The John Lewis Partnership, from which we continue to source virtually all our other non-automotive goods.

We do not seek just excellent value for money, but courteous, knowledgable and helpful staff, who are well-groomed, non-pushy....and very efficient.

The car itself, I am more than pleased with, its performance having exceeded expectations. (The first full tank of fuel delivered an astonishing 47.2mpg which, given the size of the car and the power of its engine, is little short of phenomenal!) But my especial thanks go to Bryan Holloway, who negotiated the sale, John Day, who arranged the preperation and transfer, and Phil Tickle, who had been co-opted to set up the Sat Nav and Bluetooth systems if they continue to confound me. (I could seek the assistance of my own ten-year-old grand-children, who seem to have in-built I/T/digital faculties which we wrinklies simply don't possess, but that would invite the installation of non-erasable routes to every theme park in the land....and jam all over the seats.)
