Dear Oliver,

I have recently purchased a Skoda Fabia 2 Estate from yourselves and I would like you to pass on my thanks and gratitude to all your staff for the excellent service I have received.  From my first visit to your showroom I have been shown nothing but courtesy.  Special thanks to John for going that extra mile to get me the car I wanted in the colour I wanted and keeping me informed and updated on the delivery along the way.

It has been a pleasure to deal with your Company, I love my new car and I am really pleased with the quality.  I would definately recommend Skoda and yourselves to anyone thinking of purchasing a car.

Please thank everyone who has been involved, Phil, Rob, Jamie and all the people behind the scenes who I don't know the names of.  It  is refreshing to know that there are still Companies who believe in old fashioned service and believe in looking after their customers.
